    Barrel fermented in French and eastern European oak, this is lightly aromatic with notees of butter, vanilla and cardamom with a creamy feel, showing some heat on the finish.

    This 100% varietal wine is lightly aromatic with notes of toast, spice and apple. The oak aging (20% new French) helps provide a sense of roundness but the fruit concentration doesn't seem to stand up to it.
