Voluptuous in wild strawberry, cranberry and tart cherry, Quintus is light and suggestively chalky, balanced in velvety tannins and a backbone of structure. Dancing in the background is a taste of black tea and dark, fragrant earth.

Lots to like in this dry, silky Pinot Noir. Easy to imagine drinking it with a nice steak with mushrooms. It's rich in cherry, cola, mushroom and beef teriaki flavors. A little soft, and not an ager, but fine now.
