This is very tannic yet very elegant. With a dry, astringent mouthfeel, it has a powerful heart of red and black cherries. Aging this wine is a bit of a gamble, but trying cellaring it until 2015. Otherwise, drink it with foods that are compatible with astringent, dry red wines.
