An unusual blend of Tempranillo and Ruby Cabernet, this New Mexico red blend is a touch overripe with soft, cooked prune and cherry compote flavors. Hints of violet and tobacco leaf are pretty, but overall, there's a flatness in the midpalate that could use some fine-tuning.
