This is a very light Pinot Noir. The tannins are soft, as you’d expect, and the flavors tend toward sun-dried tomatoes, herbs and hard spices, with a suggestion of plums, but otherwise there’s not much fruit. It’s a country-style wine, rugged and rough around the edges.
