As with the winery's Blue Chip bottling, this seems to be approaching an early maturity. Slightly grainy flavors of brown sugar and maple syrup wrap around light cherry candy. The finish is threaded with coffee and butterscotch. This is a wine to enjoy sooner rather than later.
