Aromas of iron and black plum met with cola, wet gravel and dried chaparral on the nose of this bottling from deep in the Carmel Valley. The palate is powered by herbs like thyme and oregano, also showing lots of raw-blood flavors and tons of acid. It's juicy but well spiced.
