  Estampa's new crop of wines seem to be hit-and-miss. This blend of Syrah and 35% Cabernet and Merlot is a bit herbal and heavy. The palate shows prune flavors along with more generic red-fruit notes; finishes coarse. Not terrible but not interesting either.
