A fine Zin that shows its Dry Creek origins in a classic way. It's dry, briary, brambly and heady, with wild forest berry, pine, anise and sweet cedar flavors. Nice now with steak, short ribs or barbecue, and will hold and develop interestingly over the next 6–8 years.
