Slightly more earthy pear fruit appears on the nose. The palate bounces with freshness and verve, fizzing with a little white pepper here and there. The core is textured and shows some concentration with real citric force. Lovely on its own, even better with food. Simply lovely.

An almost neutral nose opens into a zesty, light-bodied palate that swings with yeasty savoriness and a whole lot of grapefruit zest. Slender, focused and very refreshing. Goes down easily and has that moreish tanginess.
